Fast week

Well, this is my last day of work this week!  I love short weeks and loooong weekends.  I was supposed to be going to Lancaster with the whole family, but it fell through, so here I am with a free weekend.  I did buy tickets to WWE RAW for Jett on Sunday.  Imagine me at a pro wrestling extravaganza...with my pink nails, queenly attitude and girly girl demeanor.  Well, I predict that will all change and I will get swept away in all the commotion.  Jett will probably be embarrassed.


Tomorrow I will post some pictures of our little hive life, which will include capturing a swarm and our beautiful organic veggie garden.  Take care!

Intro to Hive Life

Hello!  I'm Dianna and welcome to my blog.  I live in the semi-country, with my fiance Robert, my son Jett, our dogs Zorrito and Pristine, one fish, one bird and one turtle.  Oh, and five bee hives!  I'm a "townie" by birth, so this life has been an experiment in patience, learning and adaptation!  We have a little 3 acre plot of heaven that we are carving out to call home.  I hope this blog will entertain, inspire and attract you - much like the bees that live with us!  It's a honey of a life here and I can't wait to share it with you!
